Refund policy

Customers may return defective goods to Launch Technology for replacement or refund (as elected by Seller) within 30 days of purchase. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis at the seller’s sole discretion. All returns must be accompanied by a Launch Technology provided Returns Material Authorization number (RMA), which is valid for fifteen days after the date of issuance. Returns of non-defective items in resalable condition will be accepted for credit subject to a restocking charge no less than 25% of the sale price. RMA issued numbers can not be extended or re-issued. Failure to return the product within the applicable return period will be deemed to be an acceptance of the product. Launch Technology reserves the right to apply a 20% restocking fee for any open box return. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
